I buy from that guy on ebay and the quality is very good. The prices have gone way up on the used AAAA mint balls from March until now, but you are still getting perfectly "new" used balls at ~$24 a dozen. I don't mind a few labels here and there.

seller named norris2 on ebay, sells them in bulk, 108. Not new, but they look new. I have bought a lot of balls claiming to be mint on ebay, half the time they are not mint, half the time they are decent, but I've used this guy a few times and have always loved the results. His prices used to be about $150 for the 108, but now they are going for $200'ish. Still a good deal, $2 per ball. Some will have logos, but none will have markings, or scuffs, or paint chips, or discoloration.

stay away from knet golf balls from canada. tons of paint chips, discolored balls, balls with markings on them. not mint by any means.
