On Sunday I finally got a lesson from a PGA pro. I've taken lessons from him before but that was a while ago. Well, turns out I've got quite a few things I have to work on -

My backswing - Hinging more.

Followthrough - back of left hand FLAT.

I have to work on this until our next lesson next month. Probably not going to play for a while, just working on this at the range Oh well, it'll help me loads later!

Also I'm doing an abbreviated swing on all these so I'm going like 5/8 of the way up, stopping around an imaginary 10 o clock.

Can't wait to see how this goes, will update with progress!

Right on! I too started taking lessons a few weeks ago from a PGA pro, though i'm a novice so we started off with the basics. It seems that it takes a lot of practice in between sessions at the driving range to work on the exercises so I'm definitely in agreement with you there.
