How long are the new adjustable drivers gunna be around

Do you think these new adjustable drivers are going to be around awhile or are they just a faze? I just have this feeling that they will only be around a couple of years then they will stop making them, not that it isnt a neat idea but it is kind of a weird situation in my opinion. If you can't shape your shots then you would want one of these but then you arent good enough to have a consistant swing so even if you change the setting on the driver that doesnt mean you will get the ball to do what you want. And if you have a consistant swing that you can control the club enough to allow the club to shape the shot then you don't need it. I don't know does that make any sense to anyone else?

Driver - SQ SUMO2 9.5 stiff
3 Wood - SQ SUMO2 15* stiff
Hybrid SQ SUMO2 20* stiff
Irons - CCi steel stiff

I think they will be around awhile. For younger golfers who can hit a full size driver but may have not stopped growing, either in physical stature or game wise, they would be great. You can adjust them to the player as they grow.

We golfers are a finicky bunch also, always looking for an edge, same reason most of us have more then 2 putters in the basement....

A group of older guys at the range the other day all went out together and bought the new Nike and TM drivers. They were having a hoot hitting a shot and changing the club. I spoke with the one guy in the group that works at the range about it and asked him if he really thougt it was worth it. His reply was that sure depending on the course they play there is some benefit to be able to change your shot bias. Some courses call for a fade of the tee and some a draw.

Of course they realized that you can't change mid-round.

The only way that I see these things going away is if there starts to be serious mechanical issues with how the club attaches to the shaft within the first 3-5 years of use. After that the club will most likely be replaced so it does not really matter.

For those that already shape their shots, the bias can still be effective, I think a lot of low cappers and pro's that play a fade off the tee prefer 1* open. I suspect that if they needed to hit more draws on a particular course for some reason the availablity to change the driver set-up to neutral would be nicer than having to have a second stick.

      I honestly believe if they play longer tees by 300-400 yards, closer to or over 7,000 yards, more rough, tougher greens, women's golf will become much more gripping.  BTW, if it weren't for Scottie killing it right now, men's golf isn't exactly compelling.

      Yeah, that. It stands out… because it's so rare. And interest in Caitlin Clark will likely result in a very small bump to the WNBA or something… and then it will go back down to very low viewership numbers. Like it's always had. A small portion, yep. It doesn't help that she lost, either. Girls often don't even want to watch women playing sports. My daughter golfs… I watch more LPGA Tour golf than she does, and it's not even close. I watch more LPGA Tour golf than PGA Tour golf, even. She watches very little of either. It's just the way it is. Yes, it's a bit of a vicious cycle, but… how do you break it? If you invest a ton of money into broadcasting an LPGA Tour event, the same coverage you'd spend on a men's event… you'll lose a ton of money. It'd take decades to build up the interest. Even with interest in the PGA Tour declining.
