I know there are weight rings you can get for your club(s), much like the "doughnuts" you can put on a baseball bat. I'm sure you can find them pretty quickly with a google search.

I'll usually just grab 2 clubs at once to loosen my arms up, works well enough for me!

I do the same thing. Or I'll grap one club in each hand an just swing back and forth.

I think Hank Haney makes this thing that is basically a weight at the end of a grip. It's like $20.

In my Ogio Ozone Bag:
TM Superquad 9.5* UST Proforce 77g Stiff
15* Sonartec SS-2.5 (Pershing stiff)
19* TM Burner (stock stiff)

Seems like a weight might screw up your swing. Afterall, the point is not to swing hard, but correctly.

4-PW: MP-57

It's funny that this would come up. I did some research on this when I was finishing my degree in Physical Education. Physiologically speaking, you don't want to use a weight or a donut to slow your swing down. You want a lighter club that is easier to swing, which enagages the fast-twitch muscle fibres. The heavier club engages the slow-twitch muscle fibres, which slows the swing down. We're not looking for a slower swing, we want to generate speed which generates more distance.

A good way to warm up is to take a club and swing it by the clubhead, trying to make the loudest ''swooshing'' sound, which means the club is accelerating. You can also hit balls to warm up. A dynamic stretch (not just standing and stretching) and doing warm-up exercises like jumping jacks, jogging, etc works best to warm the body up.

Hope this helps!

No i want it for warmups not for anything else. The theory is you use something heavier so that when you swing its lighter,so you can generate more speed
