Amare was called for a flagrant foul on this play...I don't see it.

Its not blatant, but he does give a 7 footer a shove, which is enough for him to have too much momentum to be able to hang onto the rim. Subsequently his legs come out from underneath him and the landing is just awful and really tough on the stomach to watch....
