Hand pain and stiffness (Glove question)

Are there any golf gloves specifically designed to combat hand pain and stiffness? I think mine comes from a tight grip, but I cant seem to comfortably use a loose enough grip to avoid the post-round pain.

Our Golf Glove places foam padding between the fingers to help loosen your grip. We have had hand doctors tell us that the glove helps those with hand problems such as arthritis. You might want to check us out. I can't put a link up, but you can do a search for our name in google.

Have you tried larger or spongier grips? How often do you practice and play rounds? Too much golf gives me sore thumbs.

Thanks LeviTee I'll check those out

And yes, my grips are pretty soft and comfortable. I play maybe once or twice a week so it isn't overuse I wouldnt think
