Hi all, I am toying with the idea of extending my 19 909h as it should  better off the grass/ light rough ...but would it work as well off the tee.... any opinions would be welcome

Why do you think that lengthening the shaft will make it "better" off the grass or light rough?

OK, maybe the wording wasn't clear enough.:-)

The idea is to have a club that hits as long as a 17 deg 909h but with 19 degrees of loft... hence better out of the  grass and light rough.

Thanks for replying btw

If u need a club that's longer, I'd tend to choose the longer club, rather than trying to turn another club into something else by adding shaft length.....
