Dropping into the slot

I am having a problem trying to drop into the slot and still keep my hip turn. I think the micro move at the top in this video is what I have been missing.

This is from http://www.aroundhawaii.com/lifestyle/health_and_fitness/2009-10-micro-moves-of-elite-golf-swings.html

Nice read

yes that is the one he is talking about.  For me i needed to think of the slight laydown of  the club that the elbow moved caused.

I noticed all the PGA players do this move when starting the downswing.Something I know I dont do.Maybe this is the reason why ive been stuck in the 90's forever?Gonna go read the article now.

$200 a module!!?? How many modules are there? You could pay that in a couple of lessons and get face to face instruction on lag with real time feedback from the pro.

Heres a video I stumbled on that seemed helpful.I plan on using this on the range when it warms up some.
