Hey everyone.

Today I went and tried out the Titleist 913 hybrid 21* at a local golf shop with the 72g Diamana Regular Flex shaft. I've never owned a hybrid before, and I was really smokin' it.

I was wondering how comparable are the 913 and 910 models? While I really loved the 913, I could save some $$$ by getting a 910 instead - but I'd be willing to shell out the extra money if the 913 is a much more recommended club. Also, if the 910 is the suggested route to go, which would be the comparable shaft to the one I tried?

If it matters, I'm 22 170lbs, ball speed with the 913 was ~120mph and I have a natural fade.

Thanks!

I hit a 913H 24* at Titleist demo day, I was so happy with it I almost made an order right there. But I'm cheap, so I looked around on Ebay and bought an used 910H with Diamana Kai'li 80, same loft, almost same shaft (I think so) and hit it no different from the demo club.

Saved $200, and I can't see any different in feel, ball flights... etc... so I'm happy.

i have the 910 19* in my bag right now and after going to my local demo day and hitting the 913 19* i couldn't really feel much of a difference, the only thing is the head is a little smaller on the 913. however, performance wise, that wasn't enough to update to this years model for me.

hope this helps

Honestly aside from resale value the shaft won't make much of a difference.  Anyway the 913H seemed to be hotter when I hit it but I may be wrong.

    • Interesting that Scottie is #10 on the all time money list and he's been on the PGAT for 4 years. Of course, purses are bigger now, but  neat to look at non-the-less.  The list of top 18 money winners in PGA Tour history has plenty of surprises This list is updated through the 2024 RBC Heritage. To add, Scottie won 4.5 million at the Players, Jack played 44 seasons and won a little of 5 million on course.
    • 43 (6 over) Couple bogies, couple Pars, a birdie and no doubles. Not bad for first 9 of the year.
    • Most the stuff I found on Instagram and just copy and mix it up. a few of my favorites: Clean>Squat>Press> March Around the body >catch >Squat> press I also hold a the kettle bell upside down with both hands on the handle. Squat when I stand back up I lift the kettlebell up over and behind my head and hold then repeat
    • Not sure this is the best thread but, if the rain holds off, today is my 1st round of the year.  Getting ready I can not find my Shot Scope.  I guess I put it away too well for the winter and thus that is may "Winter Depression".  I'm sure I put it somewhere that made sense at the time.
