Callaway Golf Ball Deal - Costco

Hey guys, I ran across this deal earlier this morning. I figured I would share it since this is a 2 dozen for $33.00 deal, which is pretty good considering the ball. The downfall is that the balls are yellow, so that's obviously a turn-off for those who prefer traditional white.

To my knowledge from those I know who have played the ball, this plays similar to the Tour i(S).

You rule.  That is my favorite ball.  4 piece with urethane cover.  I have compared it to several premium balls on a launch monitor and it is the same.  Around the green I like the feel and  I can make them spin as well as any ball.

Last year my wife bought the yellow by mistake and I was not feeling it.  After I played with them I realized it is a good thing.

Easier to find, when you get to the fairway or the green it is obvious which ball is yours.  It actually annoys me when someone else plays with a yellow ball.  For some reason it annoys some other golfers, never bad in competition.  I just ordered a 2 year supply.

Thanks for pointing them out.  In my mind I just bought a premium $40+ or $3.33 per ball  for $15 or $1.25 per ball.

Same here. I never tried the ball, but the price was low enough to give it a shot. I'm not typically a fan of yellow, but I can look beyond that to try them out.

I think they're actually estimated to be delivered today as well.

Did you get a chance to play with them yet?

Unfortunately, I did not. I will need to wait until the coming weekend now since this past weekend was washed out, literally. The courses were sending out "Don't worry, we're open!" notices to local golfers, but a buddy of mine told me they were literally plugging every fairway and green, so it was a waste of time and money.

I do like the way it feels off of my putter though. I was putting on my mat that I have inside (cheap one with an auto-return). It definitely has a nice soft and responsive "feel", comparable to the NXT Tour off the putter for me at least. I'm sure I'll enjoy it and regret not buying more!
