  2. All I know is that the PGA Tour is what Everyone strives for.
  3. I mostly play money games now(2x a week), with the casual round thrown in. I shoot worse in the money games by a stroke or two atleast. Good thing the handicap for the money games are based off my scores in money games only. And different for each. 3 handicaps total. And there is side betting between players on top of the regular skins/stableford game. I tend to like having something on the line. Maybe a toe
  4. I want to comment on the view (background) but it all sounds wrong. Nice..
  5. I think to many swing thoughts is your problem. One must lose all swing thought to gain full swing control. At least with me. It's muscle memory, take your brain out of it. Think about eating French fries. Maybe a song with a good tempo for the swing.
  6. I use the ones like Rickk posted. I am glad to see that I was taught correctly when I first started.
  7. I usually have an idea with casual play. With money games I play in twice a week I know. Those games get into my head. I was +8 in stableford with four holes to go, double the last 4! Because I added it up on the 15th hole. -1 3 strokes from winning still. The 15th I have birdied 2 weeks in a row for a net 2. The 18th I can drive to the fringe. Messed every pressure putt or chip after that. Wednesday I will make sure I do not pay attention to my points. Not to mention a 4 putt for double bogey on the first with my best drive ever on that hole, 50yds further than before.
  8. Does anyone have any info or experience with these shafts. I see they came stock in the Hb3 cleveland irons. http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-UST-Mayima-Action-Ultra-Lite-Iron-Shafts-370-Graphite-Stiff-Lot-of-10-/201401764325?hash=item2ee47b09e5 Seems like a great deal to try them out. Thanks Steve
  9. If I knew how to use the shafts I have available 2 950 regular flex 2 950 stiff 2 1050 stiff and one regular 1050 if I could mix those within the set would be great. I was thinking 1050 stiff for my pitching and gap. 8 and 9 with 950 stiff 6 and 7 950 regular and my 5 with a nv-hl 70g regular flex
  10. I really feel like a nice light high trajectory shaft in regular flex would fit me a little better. I have some ns pros in 900 and 1030 regular and stiff flex here in some 6irons. 7 total. They feel really nice. What to do?!? Low shots under the trees with the ball towards my back foot is impossible with the club's. My forged Nike's with stiff shafts not a problem, incredible shots with those and with working the ball. Maybe I'll keep the 8-p forged Nike's 5-7 rbzs. 4h tour exotics. 3w xtd ti adams x2hot Dr.
  11. Make sure you go before and carry Tums, that's all I got
  12. How did you prepare before practice? Did you eat properly? Hydrate before and during? Any stretching? All of these will make a huge difference. Also as said here rest between each shot.
  13. I hit my driver 240 -260 3w 200-240 4h 190-220 i had a 3h but the 3w took its place. A xtd ti adams with the loft adjusted to up. I never take it off the tee, I'm more consistent with the driver. Didnt even use the 3w today, but I was striping my 4h 210-220 all day on par 5s. I found the longer I hit my driver the less a wood comes into play. I used to play 3-5-7 woods and hit them great. When I started to hit my driver over 210 I lost the strikng that I had with the woods.
  14. I took my 3h out to carry a 4h and 4i. I hit the 4i for low shots. I hit the 4h 190-210 3w 200-240 no need for a higher iron. Steve
  15. I guess I can start this off with how I play. Im 30yrs young swing my driver 93mph. Just switched to a regular shaft driver and my ball flight is higher (low flight before with stiff) seems alot more controllable. Average 245-260. I was playing stiff nike forged pro tours. Swapped for tight lies in uniflex (better ball flight and alot less dispersion) came across some rbz irons, but m flex(65g graphite). Everyone tells me I swing to fast for the flex. 145-150 with 8 iron with any of the three but my ball flight is alot higher with the m flex and straighter. With the m flexes the ball stops next to the ball mark or behind it. So to the questions. Why is this? Is it correcting for a swing fault? Am I smoother on transition than I think I am? Should I re-shaft? I reshaft myself and was looking at pulls. Also my driver miss is a duck hook. Miss with irons is a pull. Havent pulled one iron in the m flex. Thanks Steve
