  1. I'm looking for recommendations on balls, grips, or other types of equipment that you all like that are not from a big name company. Most people will use Taylormade, Titleist, Callaway clubs, etc. but there is a growing market for smaller name companies. For example, four years ago, not many people knew what Parsons Golf (PXG) was and now they have a dozen or more tour pro's on staff. What recommendations do you all have?
  2. There is actually a club pro who qualified named Zach Johnson. That’s probably who “Zach J Johnson” is. May want to double check before throwing cash down
  3. Great question. For me, it depends on how deliberate my practice is. There is a great book called "practice to learn, play to win" by Mark Guadagnoli. It walks you through step by step how to practice to maximize your time. I played the best golf of my life after reading that book. https://amzn.to/2O6ZZrE One thing not to be overlooked it to have some direction or a goal for your practice session. Take a lesson and have something to work on other than just hitting balls for hours on end. When I am working on my swing, It may take me 2 hours to hit a bucket of balls (about 80 balls).
  4. It is pretty embarrassing that they have ZJ listed with the same odds as some of the club pro's. No disrespect to them- but it isn't their full time job. Love ZJ as a pick
