If you like golf podcasts, Hack It Out is tough to beat. Lots of interesting info and it's very funny.  Lou is one of the hosts along with Greg Chalmers and Mark Crossfield.  They love to give each other a hard time.  Lou catches most of it, but he takes it well and dishes out his fair share.  Great show.

Day 211: putting work today on my mat. Worked on some feels to get my head to move less. Contact was improving.

Day 9: 2/15/2025 Spent several 5-10 minutes sessions today working on what I learned from Yoda yesterday. Pretty much a new priority piece.
