Long Time Coming

It has been about 2 years since I updated this blog.  During that time I completed rehab on a ruptured tendon and had a knee replaced in Jan 2026.

For the first time in many years I and pain free.  I walked my league the last 4 weeks and plan to walk again today.  Last year I could barely walk after 9 holes riding a cart.  This is making it so much more fun.

I stated my speed trying vis The Stack after 2 years of planning to do it.  I can’t say how much it will change my game but I am noticing changes in my swing that I believe will be positive in time.  My back swing is better and I do not feel like I am pinning my arm agains my side like I usually did.  I’m also finishing my turns better.  I think these changes are tied to swinging a little faster.
