Hi guys.

I’ve just really started to play golf and want to improve.

I use a casual par 3 course so I have been practicing my tee shot with my hybrid as the holes are between 140-180 yards and I seem to be getting fairly consistent 150 yard shots with it.

I bought a Wilson Ultra XLS Steel Package Set, which consists of a driver, a 3 wood, a hybrid, irons 6-9, SW, PW and a putter.

Ant thoughts on what I can improve on? Are there any glaringly bad technique errors in my swing?

I've been Playing Golf for: 9 months
My current handicap index or average score is: n/a
My typical ball flight is: n/a
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: n/a

I hope you can get some advice from some of the heavy hitters who know more.  But here goes.

-You look stiff and robotic.  I wonder how much of that comes from the cold and extra clothes.

-Your backswing looks pretty short.  I again wonder if that comes from the bundles of clothing.

-I can't see it clearly but I think you are chicken winging.

Head looks good.  Path looks good. Weight shift looks maybe good.  Hard to tell.  It's a good start.

I would call that a very 'un-athletic' position.  Your knees don't seem to be flexing at all and you look very stiff.  Ideally, I would suggest you get lessons to help improve.  Your back swing is very short and you are not generating all the club head speed you could.  Your hybrid could easily gain some distance.  I hit my 4 hybrid about 200 yards
