Ball question

OK, my question is that I reguarly play VERY high spin ball (Pro-V1/x, Hx tour 56), and when I hit the greens, even with a pure 6 iron, spin it back around 2/3 feet. I spin the ball well around greens, and would prefer a ball that would just stop dead for mid irons, but still have good feel and decent spin within 30 metres.

Something like an NXT tour I was thinking of, but more suggestions would be great.

The NXT Tour is one of the best value for money balls ever. A three piece ball whcih you can pick up for next to nothing. It will more than likely give you that stop you're after with mid irons, hower it may not quite give you the feel you are after in the short game. But hey, i managed to get 24 for my dad of ebay for 99p, so who cares!!

Another good ball is the callaway warbird, grat distance and feel and great price. May be worth looking at. The best way to find the ideal ball is to buy a sleeve at a time and have a round with each one, and afterwads write down on a scale of 1 - 10 how you felt the ball performed.
