Can't Attach Cobra F9 Driver Head to a Fujikura Atmos 6s Shaft.

Hi!

I just ordered and recieved a new Cobra f9 driver with the Fujikura atmos tour spec 6s blue shaft + adjustable hosel, the shaft was one out of three options to go with the driver.
However when i try to screw the driver head onto the hosel, the driver screw is too long and bottoms out in the shaft hosel with about 0.5cm still to go, meaning after it being tightened fully it is still loose and i can even adjust the hosel settings.
Obviously i emailed the store i bought it from but have yet to hear from them, I'm guessing the sent me the wrong shaft or hosel? (Not sure if those come as one or if you attach a hosel to the chosen shaft).

Any clue to what might be the issue, am i doing something wrong or did the shop f*** up and send me the wrong shaft and/or hosel?

Do you have a photo on the adapter you can share and one of the head?

There is a "washer" like ring that goes on the screw from the shaft side of the driver head, I know that is hard to understand but I caanot explain it and better, that is missing.
