Recently purchased a Schenectady putters here in Canada. The back reads" The Schenectady Putter Patent Applied For". Could this be pre 1903 when the patent was obtained?

Not sure if that means they didn't change their stamp or mold or what ever, but it seems reasonable to me. Either way, it's a cool find. 

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs. 

A mix I am forever tinkering with.
