OK, I am looking at upgrading my driver shaft to get away from the stock (unless people think it suits me)
I currently have the Spec Grid Aldila 67S shaft which was stock.
I know that you say you should just try them and see if you like them, but it is difficult LH and also there is so many it is hard to know what to use

I swing around 98-105mph, with a smooth tempo, but go hard on the downswing. My average carry is around 215-230 METRES, (guess about 240-250 yards) with variable roll, normally not much because of a high spinning shot with my driver.

So with the driver I am looking at--
-More consistency in the shaft, when i swing hard or soft
-A flatter, lower ballflight
-More roll

I recommend the ALDILA ONE because of the wide range of kick points and flex's that they carry--also

"People think the size of the head is most important. Wrong. It's getting a quality shaft. test different shafts to see which goes the straightest. Also, more degrees of loft on the head is better than less. Eleven degrees is about right."
