I have an employee who's son plays middle school golf.  I play with him sometimes and try to help him (or maybe I hurt him) :).  His grips were worn out and needed to be replaced.  I bought the stuff (solvent , tape, and new grips) and taught him how to do it himself.   He was able to do the last few after I showed him how to do it.

His coach asked me if I would be willing to teach any of his other kids to do this if they needed it.  I agreed.  I've had 4 other kids that I did this for.  I pay for the grips (I have plenty of solvent and tape).

Being a local business person, I figured it would be great to get young golfers to understand how to do it, and I am paying for the grips the first time.  From a business standpoint, I do this so their parents will know me.  It's like advertising myself, but also helping young golfers appreciate their golf clubs.

Since then, I've had the 3 high schools in my county calling me asking if I can do this with their golfers.

Just thought I would pass this on as I know most of you know how to change grips,
