they are NOT, but they feel damn good.

That's what I hear.. they probably feel similar to forged but may last a bit longer.

I am trying to decide between the Cleveland CG1 irons and the Taylor Made RAC MB's. The Taylor mades are $150 more though...

What's wrong with the MacGregors?

Nothing really. I am just looking for a more traditional blade set. The Macgregors have a thicker backed 3-5 iron
