Hi All,

I'm looking to learn and groove the single plane swing. I'm in the Los Angeles or San Fernando area. Anyone know of a great instructor that doesn't cost a house payment =). On a side note anyone switched to a one plane, I would like to hear how it's working for you.

Thanks

Hi Andaluzian. Is Moorpark nearby? If so, try this Jim Hardy "Long Time Associate"

You can also find a list of Jim Hardy's One Plane Swing seminar attendees HERE

I believe that there are some good concepts from Hardy's one plane swing. The lack of timing required as one of them, for example. A more simplified swing as another. I tried the one plane swing, but with limiting success. There just aren't many available instructors around. Some of the techniques are rather unorthodox, especially Hardy's chipping and pitching swings. I would always attract a few puzzled onlookers and nay sayers during my range practice rounds. I switched back to the classical swing approach last year for two reasons. 1) More instruction support , whether by PGA teaching instructor, magazine, forum, videos, and books. 2) prefered the traditional short game approach over Hardy's.

Thanks for the info, maybe I'll just try and keep my swing on A plane for a change =)
