I feel for the team!

15 years ago I changed planes in Atlanta on my way to Las Vegas. With a window seat on the Hartsville tarmac I could see my golf bag, in a hard case, tossed onto the conveyor belt, and overhang the edge, to the cargo section. As it rose, I saw it fall off from about 20’. Couldn’t see the impact. When I landed and retrieved the case, it was destroyed but the clubs were okay!
 

When I filed a claim with Delta they put me through an administrative nightmare and I finally gave up. Still have that case in my attic!
