Can Anyone Tell Me the Generic Model Name of These Cleats Please?

Hi all - got these very lightly used Ecco golf shoes , but for the life of me I cannot find the replacement cleats anywhere, but then again, I don't know what they are called , can anyone help please?

I've mailed Ecco but they haven't got back yet

Those appear to the the Fast Twist 3.0 style, according to the Softspikes page:

I've been using the Softspikes Tour Flex cleats for a while, they seem to last a little longer than some other cleats.
