I am glad he did, I like Kenny. I did not follow the Buick Open closely but when I saw he was in contention I was pulling for him.

Bubba Watson has been my favorite player since he came on the tour. (I like others but I like Bubba FAR more than anyone else) and I was disappointed the putt didn't drop on 18. Amazing shot out of the trees though, haha.

I'm the opposite,i don't take sides,most of the players i like and it kills me to see any player getting a bogey on the 17th or 18th on the sunday putting them out of contention,i felt sorry for Bubba today,a great second shot and missed the putt,i also was hoping he would make it,so i guess i'm usually neutral in the tournaments.

I think Bubba was rattled on the big miss on 17, par 3. Which led to the gigantic miss on 18 tee shot .

Sorry Bubba, gotta stick em' in the final round.

Personally I was hoping that Bubba would break through, even decided to sport my "bubbagolf" tee shirt for the final round, he'll get there sooner than later I think. While not winning this has to boost his confidence.

I'm very happy for Kenny Perry, I know how badly he wants to make the Ryder Cup team and another win will almost certainly lock that up for him.

I'd have to disagree with you. He hit a terrible tee shot on 17, but then hit a tremendous flop shot and sunk the putt for par when it looked like he was going to completely crumble. He just made a nervous miss on 18's tee, and the shot out of the tree's was great...and the putt missed by 2 inches. We could sit here and pick apart his round, but lets be fair to him, he didn't handle it THAT badly. He still made TWO PARS coming in and missed a birdie by a few inches.

I was glad to see Perry win and continue his quest for a Ryder Cup spot (which I imagine is pretty much locked up now). Sorry to see Woody lose the way he did though. Never liked Bubba Watson so I'm glad he didn't make that putt (sorry BW fans). Hell of an up and down on 17 and shot out of the trees on 18 though.
