down to a svelte 185 from 215 since jan, not entirely comfortable yet with women drooling when they see me

They will beat their swords into golf clubs and their spears into putters. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore. Old Tom Morris 2:4

About 10 years ago I weighed 190 pounds. I'm 5'11". I dabbled in illegal substances better known as "roids". Worked out 4 times a week. Looked good. I'm a slob now. started at 238 pounds a week ago. Weighed 230.5 today. I try on shirt and pants combo's now like a woman just looking for something that fits. It's disgusting. If not for me.........I want to do it for my kids. (three aged 6 and under) I don't want to NOT be able to do something with the kids because of a physical inability/weight. Another 30 to go!!!!!!!!!!! Running with an extra 40 pounds of weight is like holding a bag of cat litter under each arm.

I wouldn't call myself 'fat' when I was in high school twenty years ago (6' 190), but have now been between 150-155lbs for a few years now.
