Has anyone tried any of these balls? The guy at the pro shop said they were like the Titleist of Japan. How do these compare to others?

Depends which model. They make many great balls.

AD333 for someone that want's a little low spinner for quite cheap. Then there is the ZUR-S and ZUR-C which are softer.

In my opinion the AD333 or better than the titleist NXT tours but that is just my opinion. I do not use premium balls so cannot comment on the others!
Golf is a game whose aim is to hit a very small ball into an even smaller hole, with weapons singularly ill-designed for the purpose.

I've tried the AD333 a few times and each time I come to the same conclusion - they cut up much too easily. I use the Pro-V1 X and although it's more expensive, I find it definitely lasts longer and can take a few hacks out of bunkers etc. The Srixon tends to shred off the groves in my experience - And it's not a problem with my irons or anything as I've changed recently. I find the same with my SW and LW which are also different makes/models.

Durability aside, I don't think they play all that differently from the Pro V 1.

The Z-URS and Z-ZURC are both great golf balls. They are Srixons equivalent of the ProV1 and ProV1x respectively. In the end it is personal choice but it is well worth purchasing a sleeve if you have the chance. I have used the AD333 and Tri-Speed as well but was not a big fan

I have used the Srixon Trispeed. It's in the NXT/e5/e6 range. It's not bad - pretty good ball for the price. I haven't tried any of their high end balls yet.

They are quite popular in Japan, but I don't think they are #1. The mother company owns Cleveland now, right? I went to the Cleveland HQ for a fitting a couple of months ago and they gave me a bunch of Srixon balls that I haven't tried yet. I think Srixon balls might be Cleveland branded in the US market.

I components! Currently playing Alpha and Nakashima.
