I was wondering if someone can help me with this subject. I want to make my white steel putter heavier, but i can't seem to get the lead tap weights to stick. I far as I know I can make the putter as heavy as I want. As long as the tap doesn't come off during a round, Its ok. My question is, under the rules, am I allowed to GLUE the LEAD TAP to the putter?? Please HELP!!!!!
