I used to think incidents like these were more prevalent because in the techno age we hear about them more. Now I believe it is a desensitization to violence. Before I’d blame movies and video games, I’d blame the news itself. But in reality I place the blame squarely on the shoulders of these perps. I’m a firm believer in accountability, but sadly our society, laws and leaders are not.

what sickens me is the attacker was taunting the police with the head, that stands out the most to me.

The fact that people on the bus say that he taunted them and police with the head and that the police said that he was "just stabbed"

This was the work of someone who is completly insane. There is no way any normal person could do something as sick as this. My mom just told me this in the kitchen and i didn't really believe her but wow....

I heard about this early this morning. I was hoping I was still dreaming when I heard this.

Guess not. This is very sad. The worst part is he'll "get off" easy for being insane.

This sort of thing seems to happen every day in England at the moment, its horrible if I'm being honest, can't go anywhere without the fear of being stabbed.
