I have a square headed 5 wood and the more traditional shaped 3 hybrid from nike. My issue is that I cannot keep the ball from going left. At best it is a big, sweeping draw. At worst, it is out of play left.

Anyone else have similar issues with these clubs?

I generally play a right to left ball anyway but have fewer "left" issues with the other clubs.

I have a Nike Sumo² 3 Wood (15º) with Aldila VS Proto 65 Stiff shaft. This club does not have any draw issues for me. If I swing properly, I get a nice straight shot. If I release a little better than usual I get a slight draw.

The Sumo² 3 Wood is not setup for a person that needs help with a fade or a slice. The face is square and there is little offset.

What shaft is in it>? I had the same trouble for a while with my 5 wood, i went and bought a new shaft with a little less toruqe (1.9) and now i have no issues with it.
