Question About Driver Loft/Flex Combo...

Generally speaking, do you think someone would get similar results by using a 9* Reg flex driver and a 10.5* Stiff driver, shaft brand and club head being the same? I am about to buy a Nickent 4DX Draw with the SR3 shaft, and my swing speed is 93-98. I thought if I got the 9* Reg flex, I'd have more club head speed due to the "whip" so I'd still have a good launch angle...and the 10.5* Stiff wouldn't balloon on me since the shaft is stiffer.

Could this be correct, or am I way off?

Don't forget about torque. a torquey stiff shaft with low loft will get you all over the place.

Find the shaft that works best for you and then get the loft that will give you the trajectory that you want with your swing.
