Hello everyone.

I have been finding deals on the Taylormade Rescue Mid and the Nike CPR hybrids. It looks like both of them are a few years old, and have been replaced by newer models, but they should be fine to replace my 3-iron. Is anyone playing a Nike CPR?

In my bag:

Driver: HiBore XL
3-Wood: Insight BUL
5-Wood: Insight BUL

4-Hybrid: Taylormade Burner Rescue

Irons: Big Bertha 2006, 5-PW

GW: CG11 50*

SW: CG11 54* (bent to 55*)

LW: CG11 60*

I think your should buy a newer moddel hybrid becasue in the past 2 years hybrids have improved alot and they are so much more consistant, trust me i have hit about 30 different hybrids in thepast week trying to see which one i will buy.

I use the Nike CPR hybrids and like I've said before - this are my most dependable clubs - very easy to hit, great height, great distance, great everything. I highly reccomend.

I tend to agree with above - new hybrids I think are more consistent. Maybe its the shafts that are being used. I have taken the TM original rescue 4H out of the bag, due to the fact that I could not control the distance. One swing would be 190 and another 220. Put a 2H ping in the bag this spring and just love it. Great club for tight par 4 tee shots and 2nd shots into par 5's. All that being said, if you find a good deal on the Nike, it will be easier to hit than the 3 iron for 90+% of the golf world. good luck.

I have the Ping G5, and I'd have to say I recommend it to everyone since it's my go-to club when I can't hit my driver straight.
