Yet another case of it being the archer, not the arrow

All too often, when we have problems with our golf game, its so easy for us to look at the equipment we are playing and lay the blame on that.
Take me for example. Recently I began to have a major issue with hitting a slice. I figured, "Oh, it must be the Titleist clubs I just bought because everyone says Titleist clubs arent very forgiving."
Well, I recently began to look at the fundementals of my swing and found my grip was wrong. I have adjusted my grip and now I hit my Titleist irons just as sweet and straight as you could ask for.
The same with the Scotty Cameron putter I just bought. I found myself leaving putts short and to the right. Id bet you if I worked with this club and got used to it, it would be fine. Again, a case of it being the archer, not the arrow.
Just a little food for thought for those of you who are having swing issues and think that different clubs will cure it.

It does when it's pointed out to me, but otherwise I don't tend to pay attention to WHICH forum something is posted in (again, unless someone points it out).
