Stores here in Calgary are limited in there stocks, but i have been intrigued by the Macgregor irons (and there ridiculously low prices on ebay)- what is the diff. between the NVG, the mid NVG, and the M685 irons? Research doesnt turn up much, but the NVG looks to be the better iron (Though my game BLOWS so comparisons are to be taken lightly).

as always thanks in advance!

The M685 is a forged iron (less forgiveness and made for better players) and the NVG2s are a mid-size cavity back (more forgiveness for mid-high handicaps). Ebay is "flooded" with the NVG2s right now and I picked up a 6-SW and GW in graphite for very cheap (couldn't resist). I got them Wed and swapped out the 6-iron for play that night and it worked very well.
