I have about 150 bucks to drop and I am trying to decide btw either
gap wedge to fill the 12 degree gap between my PW and SW
set of lessons at golfsmith/golf galaxy (not sure about how good these are)
cheap igolf gps
What would you do?

Driver: 3DX Square 12*

I'd go gap wedge. Most guys I've seen giving lessons are snake oil salemen.

Lessons from a pro at a country club, and a cheap gap wedge. Get a really cheap gap wedge to fill your gap and spend the rest on lessons.

I would go wedge, then either iGolf or lessons depending on how much you think you need lessons. My soon to be brother-in-law just got the iGolf and it is pretty nifty, has the basics like to front cent and back of greens, good if you are trying to distance your clubs. Also really small and compact looks like a pager kind of.

Go get lessons from a local pro at a country club or driving range. It will really help your game - it's helped mine.
