i need 1 more club and cant figure out what would be the most usefull.
currently have:

Adams redline 10.5 driver
big bertha steelhead 3 wood
ping i10 irons 3-pw (46 degree pw)
54.10 and 60.08 wedges
scott putter
(13) clubs in all.

The most obvious spot would be a 5W or 2 hybrid, but you could maybe swap your 54* for a 52* and 56*.

MX900 5-PW ⢠MP-R 52-07° & 58-10° ⢠Studio Select Squareback 1

Carl Spackler: This is a hybrid. This is a cross of Kentucky Bluegrass, Featherbed Bent, and Northern California Sensemilia. The amazing stuff...

How well do you hit your 3 iron? Have you tried a comparable hyrid? The ball flight is nice and high with a soft landing on approaches to the green.

Titleist 910 D2 9.5 Driver
Titleist 910 F15 & 21 degree fairway wood
Titleist 910 hybrid 24 degree
Mizuno Mp33 5 - PW
52/1056/1160/5

I'd go with a 5-wood too (I don't like Hybrids too much).
Whats in the bag:

Driver: Nike Ignite 460cc 10.5* Fujikura Ignite reg flex
Fairway woods: Howson tour master power series 3,5 woods
Irons: MacGregor M675 3-PW DG S300 Wedges: Mizuno MP-R Black Nickel 54.10, 60.05Putter: Pinfire Golf P4Ball: Titleist NXT TourHome Course:http://www.golfarmagh.co.uk/...

5 wood seems to fit

I love my 5 wood and wouldn't trade it for the world.

Seems like you have a pretty big gap between your PW and your 54°, that's not a problem?

What's in my bag:
Cleveland Hibore XLS Monster Driver
TourEdge Exotics 2,3,4 hybrid irons
Tommy Armour 845cs Silverbacks 5-PW
Assorted wedges, Ping Scottsdale Anser

Nope. Open up PW or close 54

Is your PW 46° as well?

I thought 50° was the average...

i hit my 3 iron pretty good so there is no reason to replace it. i could go with a hybrid or 5 wood.

i use to have a 47 degree pw with a 56 sand and 60 lob and that was no problem but this set up seem to be working better for me.

its a 19 degree hybrid about that same as a 5wood?

Obviously you need a chipper.
Bag: Ping Pioneer
Driver: Cobra Speed LD-M
3 Wood: Adams Insight XTD A3 OS
Hybrids: Adams Idea A3 OS
Irons: Adams Idea A3 OSWedges: Adams Idea A3 OSChipper: Odyssey Marxman X-Act ----------Yes I use a chipper!Putter: Odyssey Tri-BallBalls: Noodle

The obvious gaps are (1) a 5W or 2H and (2) a GW 50-deg. If it were me, I'd get the GW first and then lose the 3I in favour of a 3+H that'll help cover some of the distance between the 5W to 3I.

Driver: TaylorMade RocketBallz 10.5-deg
Woods: Cobra Bio Cell+ 3W and 5W
Hybrids: Bobby Jones Workshop Hybrid 3 (20-deg) and 5 (25-deg)
Irons: Srixon XXIO7 from 6 - PW
Wedge: Srixon XXIO7 GW and SW

Putter: Bobby Grace DCT Captiva 34"; Ball: Sirxon Soft Feel; Shoes: Footjoy

Does either your 54 or 60 have lots of bounce to it? I found that it's helpful to have one wedge with lots of bounce and one that's got a sharper edge. I play 4 wedges which help me get on the green and stay on. If you need the distance, you do have a gap between your 3 wood and your 3 iron. Like everyone was saying, 5 wood would fit in just fine. Or, if you want a more consistent filler closer to the irons, pull that 3 iron and throw in a 3 and 4 hybrid. OR, you could pull a phil mickelson and have a draw driver and a neutral driver but that's a bit silly. Good luck with your bag

    • I think for this, I need to work on my weight transfer. I can feel my self looking up early and falling back slightly. So, I am hitting them a bit fat right now. I need to stay on my left side better or get to my left side better. Kind of like old pattern stuff.  Yep, I was a bit worried about the driver since we didn't get to it. First drive was a push draw because I moved the ball back a bit because there is no range to warm up and I wanted to make sure contact was good. I hit it great, just pushed it slightly. I was like, OK, this will work. I moved the ball back to the normal position and the next 4 out of 5 holes I used a driver was just the ball at most 10 yards off my target line. 😃
    • Sounds good for the full swing stuff!
    • Didn’t score the best, but probably the best I’ve done implementing the swing feels on the course.  Preshot routine - make one practice swing hands down only hitting  the ground like 3 ft behind the ball. Make a 2nd practice swing where I add a bit of turn back in.  Set up and make a swing with those feels. Driver - A stripe show. Just laser beams at my target. Like under 10 yards of curve. Irons - pretty solid. Contact was flush. Just slight pull draws. Just need a bit of face control. It’s close. I had an 8 iron that left the club, didn’t leave the flagstick. The ball probably moved 1 yard in the air. I came up like 4 yards short.  Distance wedges - Needs work.  Short Game - needs work from different lies. Putting - Made almost everything inside of 10 ft.  Going forwards, still going to work on the swing. Backswing length and arms down stuff. I need to work on my distance wedges a lot.
    • Reasonably dry by the afternoon/evening. Some players not seeing many or any mud balls. Maybe they should have hit their tee shots lower. 🙂  Also, for as much as this was supposed to be a bomber's paradise… Luke Donald is T3. He'll turn 48 this year.
    • Day 227 - 2025-05-15 Played a few holes. Triceps were sore, and it didn't go great. 😄
