i am a firm believer in my nike one blacks, by the other day somehting completly schocked me about bridgestone. Not only do they make good tires, they make great golf balls too :).

I left my bag at my school like always, but when i got there, someone had stolen all the balls out of my bag. So when i arrived at the course (my home course in the off season and where i work), i asked the pro if he had any nike one blacks. He goes into the back room, and comes back with this bridgestone ball, the tour b330. I said: "dan where are my blacks?" he told me that a guy came in before and bought 10 dozen blacks. TEN DOZEN???? There werent any left, and on the recommendation of the man who gets paid to use this ball i took them out on the course. Overall i would rate them an A-, they were exceptional, but there were a few things that i did not like about them.

PROS
1. Durability, usually my blacks get torn apart by my wedges, but for the enitre nine hole match i used the same ball, and i was hitting a lot of full wedges
2. distance, they get incredible distance off of the tee, just as far as my blacks, but way further than anyone playing a pro v 1x.
3. feel, great feel off the putter and the touch shots. better feel than any ball ive played.

Cons:
1. Very spinny for a distance ball, i found it hard to control spin with my approach irons (7, 8, 9, PW), which i can usually do easily with my nike one blacks. In normal condition i sucked a nine iron back 25 feet.

i would recommend this ball cause of the cost and how well it compares to the high performance balls.

I totally agree about them great tires as well as balls. Both my vehicles have Bridgestone/Firstone tires and my bag is full of their balls.

I bought a dozen of these balls as they were last year's model. Discount price. They sound terrible coming off the putter like they're Rock Flites. But I was amazed at the spin. I hit several shots today that sucked back like a ProV or a Balata. Very strange ball but I liked it. I hit a monster drive today with one (312...legit).

could be a stupid rumor but i have heard bridgestone makes nike one balls and wilson staff makes the shitty ones

That would seem odd... golf is full of too many rumors, who makes balls, who makes tigers irons. blah blah blah!


B330 is the 2nd ebst ball i have ever played, just like the distance off the tour IX better, hit my best drive with one, 360, legit, no wind/slope with it. Take that Doctor! Haha kidding. Bridestone i would say has the best set up for balls, with the high and low spin balls, the 330s and the 330, adn then with the e5/e6, all of which are great balls.

i would have to agree with you that brigestone has the best one two punch but i like the nike one two punch just as much i don't know its a toughfie
