It has been my first bad experience with buying Golf goods online. I purchased a belt from them on August 16th, and thankfully they give you a little bit of info on their site on what is going on with your order.

It took 2 weeks just for the goods to be shipped out, it is now September 22nd and I still have not recieved anything, nor gotten a tracking # or any update from them.

Here's the worst part:

When I try to fill out their online contact us form, I get an error when I click Send, saying there is an error in the website code. Which is a joke.

Now, after trying to call the number that they provide several times.. the number isn't even real!!!

Watch out buyers.

Time to submit a dispute to paypal?

I called the number on the website Dent, and they answered after the 2nd ring. You might want to give them a call. THey seemed really nice on the phone. I just asked about shipping procedures. I have ordered from them and everything came in just fine. I dont know why you are having problems.

But the number is real.

Submit a dispute. They're very helpful - but it takes forever. (Paypal gives them a month, if I remember right). So you can always submit it now, and there's the option to cancel it if you receive the item.

I lost only about $12 to a guy who never sent me anything...he didn't even respond to the Paypal dispute, so they gave me my money back.

Hmm.. It may have been my mistake then, I wouldn't know the Area Code or what not to dial. I tried 1-then their number and that didn't seem to work.

When I just dial their number it does not work.

Birdieman answered as I did - try calling, I'm just saying if you decide to dispute, you don't have to wait.

Good luck!

Before we jump on and make a thread about how bad a company is and that there number isnt real, lets check them out first. These guys have been great for many and answered on the 2nd ring I called. Thats how companies get bad raps without doing anything wrong.

There are enough bad companies out there, lets keep some good ones around. SOmeone doing a search on here, all of the sudden reads this thread title and thinks the worse.

I agree, I made the mistake on the title. I apologize. Just really frustrated on the service. I should get some kind of tracking number or something no?

Yes, you should get a tracking number. But some places dont send them. But give them a call and I am sure they can help.

| It just gives me 9 numbers, and when I try to dial them, it said It couldn't complete my call.

Sounds like your parents blocked international calling.

I dont know about Canada dialing to the US. Keep in mind that things go a little slower when shipping in between countries. Didnt we just have a thread about you having trouble getting clubs before? Patience is a virtue. I agree you should have received a tracking number, but the same exact thing happened again. Bad luck I guess.

That could be a possibility, but If I recall, they purchased an "unlimited long distance" package.

Correct, but my clubs came from a further distance and still arrived faster than this. Bad luck I guess. Perhaps I should start ordering from Canadian Distributors

I think your clubs came from TX. This from AZ, not much difference. I assure you, this company is in business and very good to deal with. Maybe change the title of the thread to "Questions about Sub Seventy"? Just a thought

I don't know how it works in Canada, but an "unlimited long distance" program in the U.S. lets you call anywhere, long distance... in the U.S.

Mine too. Canuckistan is extra . . . even though it's closer to me than 95% of the U.S.

Really? Time Warner Cable Digital Phone (VOIP) is free to Canada. Or is supposed to be . . . I have yet to call Canada yet though!

Unfortunately calls to the U.K. is not free Bad for us since my wife's family lives there.

If I can figure out how I will. thanks. And sorry for the title.

Calling the U.S. from Canada should be 1+ the ten-digit number on their website.

Thanks harry.

you're probably right, I'm just dumb and don't know much about any of this.
