Grilled corn on the cob.

Peel back the husk and remove the silk.

Leave about a layer of husk leaves on the cob.

Rinse the corn, do not dry.

Put a few pats of butter between the husks and the kernels.

Wrap each ear in foil.

Toss on grill, turning occasionally. Cook between 5 & 59 minutes. (It doesn't seem to matter.)

You can move these to the top rack to standby while the meat is cooking.

Best corn you'll ever eat.

Grilled Cabbage question: Do you cut the head in half? It sounds like you do, but it's not mentioned. I'm not a cabbage fan, but my wife and kids love the stuff. (I am a big butter and garlic fan though )

best steak marinade:

first, fork the steak repeatedly to allow the marinade to "soak" in

1 tablespoon of montreal steak seasoning
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/8 cup of balsamic vinegar
1/8 cup of worchestshire sauce
1/8 cup of soy sauce
2 second glug of extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoon of honey

whisk together, put steaks in a double ziplock bag, pour in the marinade, throw in fridge for 5-8 hours

guaranteed you won't go wrong, ENJOY!

In my Titleist 2014 9.5" Staff bag:
