Just wondering what everyones thoughts are on the stock shafts that come with today's clubs?

In particular what do folks think about the stock shafts that come with the Taylormade burner TP version- mine is the Diamana white board 65 stiff-

Seems like an easy place for the manufacturer to save some bucks and increase their margins-

im not positive about this, but most of the time you cannot get a non-stock in a taylormade driver bought off the shelf. you would have to upgrade to get a different shaft. in other drivers such as callaway and titleist, they offer a few different shafts on the store models, but you can also choose from about 10 or so custom shafts if you buy directly from the company. or if you are going to get it reshafted then you can choose whichever shaft you like. in my opinion, the shaft in your driver is ok, but you might like it a lot.

In my Hoofer Vantage

Driver: 907D2 9.5*
Wood: 906F4 15.5* 3 wood
Hybrid: 585H 19*Irons: i10 3-pwWedges: tp black z 52* & 58*Putter: tracy II

Well the TP shaft in the Tour Burner is the "Made For" Diamana Whiteboard, or at-least I'm pretty sure it's not exactly the Whiteboard but it performs almost the exact same.
