Replacing stock wood/hybrid shafts

I keep coming across posts from people claiming that the stock staffs installed on woods and hybrids are all junk, regardless of what they purport to be. For example, the Proforce V2 installed on my Nickent isn't the same as the Proforce V2 I'd get if I swapped it out. What's the story here? I really don't understand why the shafts would be substandard or why the club manufacturers wouldn't demand exactly what you get when you buy a replacement shaft.

In my C-130 Cart Bag:

Driver: Titleist D2 10.5° Aldila R.I.P. 60

Its depends, and goes company to company. But the V2 in your Nickent is infact the same as the after-market V2. And not all stock shafts are junk, but one shaft that works for me won't always work for you.
