The pro shop at my home course is selling these really cheap right now. I'm out of my normal ball so I grabbed two sleeves of these Noodles the other day.

I've been impressed with these balls. They seem to do very well off the driver and hold the greens on approach shots. Nice trajectory (med-to-high for me) and they putt nicely.

Nice low cost alternative to the high priced stuff. I'm liking them better than the GAMER ball. I think I may have found my new "budget ball".

+....hmmmm that may be what these were.

Came in a red, white and blue box.....red number on ball and "long and soft" printed on the side of the ball.

I'm gonna pick some more when I loose the two sleeves I'm gaming now.

I assume they are a two piece ball but I don't know if that's the case or not. Doesn't matter....works well for me, like you said.

They are/were my main ball... I'm planning to switch to Bridgestone E7+.

They're a pretty good ball for the price you pay for it. A good ball overall but not super good. Use it for casual rounds.

Found one during a round a month or so ago. Pretty good ball for the most part. Distance was what stood out to me but around the greens not so much. Good ball for the price.

I got my first birdie using a noodle a couple of years ago. they are good balls but my favorite budget balls are d2 feels.

The noodle is a pretty underated ball. That said, if you like the noodle you might like the Nike Power Soft as well.

The noodle is my ball. I play the noodle ice because I bought them on ebay for about 50 cents a ball. The ice is just the long and soft ball with a clear cover. Fantastic ball, especially for the price. There is a noticible difference from a premium but it really doens't have an impact on your game except for the short game. You just can't get it to spin as hard, but it will still bite. Nike distance soft doesn't seem to carry as far as the noodle but I do love how it feels. Stick with the long and soft, the "long" ball is pretty hard and the "soft" model really isn't that soft so the "long and soft" ball definitely performs the best.

I checked today....these are the "Plus" and "Long and Soft".

I'm gonna load up on 'em.

Approach shots on greens held up well....certainly none that spun back, however a nice impact and then 5-8ft. roll.

I'm happy for now.

I'll reload on E5+ next time I catch 'em on sale....for now it's the Noodle for me.

Great Ball for its price but I liked the taylormade burner balls much better.

    • They sure do. 158 with an 8 iron is on the high end for me
    • Went back to controlling my knees. That part was getting a bit sloppy when I worked on my backswing. Right hip didn't slide or gain internal rotation. I would just rotate back and around and the left knee would be in a bad spot. Really focusing now on keeping my left knee very stable and straighter in the backswing. I can't go back to the old pattern of overturning the hips. I was returning to my old pattern to time my downswing. Turn forever.  Left knee controls both knees and hips, acting as an anchor. Feel like it straightens a bit.   Hinge sooner and faster. Not in a way that sends the hands out and flips the club over. I still noticed when the hands get to A2.5, the hands would want to flip over and flatten the club out a ton.  Still trying to figure out how to roll the forearms a bit open and not just roll the club inside a ton.  Figure out the timing to get the hands down. Still getting a bit of right elbow collapsing in the downswing because the arms are too high when I turn. Everything is happening sooner now. If the hips are controlled, the backswing is shortened. Because it is shortened I don't know when to get the hands down and I just turn because the downswing is a go.  Very slow (50%) swings are decent.
