Callaway customer service are aces again

Bought a Cally cart bag last year at Target during the off season blowout .The bag would not stand upon its own and would allways fall over and I knew it was only a matter of time till I messed up one of my clubs.I took a shot and called callaway customer service and they told me to send it back to them ON THEM as they sent me a free UPS pickup/return slip.They told me if it was still under warranty they would replace it if not they would try to fix it or just send it back.Well I get a call yesterday telling me I have a new Weekender organizer cart bag which retails for 150.00 compliments of Callaway.This is the second time in a month this company has gone over and above for me and they now have a lifelong customer.

Update--Fed Ex just dropped off my new weekender cart bag,Thank you Mr,Callaway

Makes me seriously consider the X-20 or the new X-22 irons as my next purchase. Customer service like that is huge.

Although I must say that Cobra customer services has fixed 2 clubs that the insert has come out. The 8 iron was fixed...and the PW was replaced by a whole new iron.
