I saw somewhere this program that can be uploaded to your I-Phone, and it's a personal scorecard. It can keep track of your scores through-out the game and even keeps a Handi-Cap record!
Well i was thinking, seeing how Christmas is soon, and a new I-Pod Touch is hopefully on the way, is there any way to put the Program on your I-Pod Touch? Does anyone no where to find this? I forget the name, and im shure it must cost a small monthly fee, but that would be awsome to carry around the golf course! :P

If you are getting the 2nd-gen iTouch then you will have the "app store" that you go to from your Touch as long as you have internet access. From here you can get ll sorts of apps. Sports apps, games, information, just about anything. For what you are looking for I would suggest TeeShot. I use that and it is great. It tracks score, fairway's, green's, handicap, etc. There is a $20 one time fee, and you must have an iTunes account to use the app store.

The other thing you saw on this site is Scorecard. It was developed in-part (correct me if I'm wrong Erik) by the Admin, Iacas. To use this you must buy the full version for your computer, and then you can get the iPhone/Touch app.

Yeah, and the iPhone app will be free (most likely). We're finishing up beta testing now.

Having your stats on the desktop beats having it on your iPhone or iPod Touch by a mile. I pity anyone who keeps their stats on their iPhone/Touch. Ugh. Our iPhone app will let you enter your stats when you're out playing, then will sync back via WiFi to your computer.

For some reason golf trx never loads on to my 2nd gen touch. Do any of you guys use the golf gps software that is on the app store ?

i hate teeshot, and the break meter for my touch

the break meter,EH. its cool but kinda dumb lol actually works but youre never gonna use it

and tee shot is pretty damn cool has all kind of stuff in it, you can keep score for other ppl in your group, distances, notes for each hole, keeps graphs, stats,handicap, i like it alot

We're just about done. We should submit it to Apple in a day or two. Then who knows how long it'll take from there.

It'll be free, but again, you'll need the desktop version to pair with it. The banner to save 20% on the desktop version is at the top of the site now.

I'm using Golfcard from the app store and really like it. It tracks just about everything; GIR, tee club, putts, bunker shots, penalty shots, and more. You can also store different courses and players plus keep your handicap. I think it was only about $6.99.
