It figures I'm going to Florida next week and here comes the yearly cold snap.Yep last year the Mrs. and I had a 3 hour frost delay just one hour north of Tampa, only I can go to Tampa and get 26 degree weather.Hell I bet I could bring snow to Hawaii!!!

I had a two hour frost delay in Panama City Beach on the Tuesday after Christmas. Wasn't too bad, though. Got to sit around and talk golf and tsunami disaster with some of the club guys and other players. Plus, we got lucky and were first off the tee. Got to take our time and not have to look over our shoulders the entire round.

Good luck!

I dunno, it's 66 in my old town (Delray Beach, 33445) right now. I think you might be just fine.

66 is mighty fine weather to me. Great temperature.

    • My first post here at the Sand Trap, and I am interested in any stories about older clubs whether US or Foreign made. As a budding collector of old golf equipment, (Recently picked up a set Honma EXD 500 irons), maybe we can enjoy sharing stories of the first clubs you bought or old favorites from long ago. My father bought my first set on MacGregors when I was 10. Do not remember much about them, other than there was a 7 wood in the set and that one club became my favorite as i seemed to use it more often than not.
