Does anyone know if nickent re-released these? I know they only made a set number when they first came out and it's been a set that I've been looking at since the beginning of last year. I play the wedges and they feel amazing. Anyone play these clubs before? I only hear good things about them.

I have hit both the arc blades and and 4dx pro's... both are outstanding clubs. When it comes to blades... I would put the Nickent's even par with the MP32's and X-Proto's... which I consider the best blades ever made. If you like the wedges... then you will love the irons.

You can actually purchase these straight from Nickent on their website.

This makes a very difficult decision for me. I kinda had my heart set on getting the taylormade tour preferred irons but now that I see them re-listing these arcs I kinda want them again. If only I had that much cash to blow and no bills to pay.

    • Woodley Lakes?  I was wondering why it's rated where it is, since it doesn't seem more difficult (if anything, easier) than Encino/Balboa.   It makes so much more sense now. Sounds like I should volunteer for my state association too.  I used to get some cool gear like that (well, not the cart) when I volunteered for check-in and will call at the L.A. Open, back when I lived there.
    • Day 7 (13 Aug 25) - 7:30 tee time for nine holes as a guest of an old friend…course fairways were  severely dew laden…made for some clubbing up and rethinking iron shots into the greens…played back a set of tees and it was fun rethinking club choices.

    • I think 95% is more accurate. The leader of our course rating program shot from the hip and said 90%, but I recently read elsewhere that it is more like 95%. So we spend 4 hours or more on a course with a team of 6 to 8 people to figure out the last few rating strokes as to whether they exist or not due to difficulty. I credit this site/forum for getting my interest up in volunteering for my state association. I am marshalling for the US Mid Am qualifier later this morning 15 min from my home. We get shirts, hats, 1/4 zips, a cart with our name on it, a radio, lunch and unlimited snacks all while watching some great golfers. 🙂
