I currently got 2 hybrids.. one to replace my old hybrid and one to replace my 3 and 5 wood. My gap between clubs is now 6 degrees. Is that too much of a gap?

I don't know how many times I've said it... but here it goes again... degrees of gap don't mean ... what does, is the DISTANCE (yardage) gap. I just replaced my old 3-wood because it left a huge DISTANCE gap between it and my driver and almost none between it and my 2-hybrid, now my gaps are more evenly spaced and the 3-wood is being used much more effectively.

My Clubs: Callaway FT-i Tour LCG 9.5° w/ Matrix Ozik Xcon 6 stiff; Sonartec GS Tour 14° w/ Graphite Design Red Ice 70 stiff; Adams Idea Pro 2h(18°) & 3h(20°) w/ Aldila VS Proto 80 stiff; Adams Idea Pro Forged 4-PW w/ TT Black Gold stiff; Cleveland CG12 DSG RTG 52°-10° & 58°-10°; Odyssey...

The above post is correct, worry about the distance you get with each club and not the loft. I used to have a 19* hybrid, next club up was a 24* 4 iron and there was barely 10 yards between them, this left a huge gap from the 3 wood.
