Guys,

Just wondering if any of you current play / played with these irons? I've been using these for the last 5 months and find them really comfortable, however i recently played off a set of CG gold which felt fantastic and dropped 5 shots out my round, now i cant contribute the lower round to the irons or rather cannot guarantee it was the clubs, but it felt really comfortable and easy to hit, now my mate played of the XC's (he normally plays of the CG's) and he said the Niacklaus feel better than than the CG's?

That is what I have. I like them very much. I guess there are always better irons out there than what you have but I don't think you can go wrong with the XC's.

      Day 556 - 2026-04-10 Played another 17 holes, this time skipping #11 to pass a group that was still on 14 when we were finishing up. 😛 Not as good as yesterday, but more distracted by the mind's eye.

      I'm hearing this morning that Robert MacIntyre may be facing some sort of discipline (probably a stern warning) for the finger incident on 15 yesterday.  It dawns on me his upbringing would have been during Tiger's prime years -- he's 29 now, and would have been in elementary school in the early 21st century.  Someone should tell him that the swearing wasn't what made Tiger great at golf.   Or John Daly (or Don January?) or whoever else we associate with both being good at golf and producing choice words on television.
