Legit handicap??

I guess I can just go to some club and pay them to do it for me even though I am not a member there. I was just asking if there is a legit place online because that would much more convenient for me this year.

You do realise that you can get a handicap from a daily fee course or even a golf association not conected to a specific course. Yeah, I realize that. There is a private course close but the closest daily fee course is the one I play at that is closing and then it is an hour drive for the next one. I have been reading that website and the TGA website as well. I will figure something out. Thanks for the help
