I'm a little surprised by this thread. Isn't a draw shot the preferred shot, particularly off the tee as it provides more distance? I'm a high handicapper with a natural fade but I can hit a draw or a fade with my driver and both can come in handy. One thing I love to do is, for example, aim at what I want to avoid and then hit a draw or fade in order to assure I avoid it. That said I've so far been unable to hit a draw with my new R9. Only been out twice though.

I wish I could hit a draw with my irons and woods. Something to work on.

do what you feel most comfortable at doing. but the fade is magnificent, like said before, keeps you out of trouble more often. The last thing i'm worried about is getting more distance. I hit it far enough.

most tour pro's play a fade but there are some that play draw every thing kenny perry but it is nice to be able to hit a draw with the irons when need to attack more pins and on wide open fairways but most people prefer a fade as i do as well but with irons you need both
